Organizations

There are many great organizations with a wealth of information on wide variety of issues associated with computer programming and technology in schools. If you are a teacher, I would highly recommend joining  Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) and The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE).  Membership to CSTA is free, ISTE memberships start at $115, and both have excellent membership forums.  

For information on state level organizations in the USA, visit the ISTE affiliate page, which also has information on international affiliates. To obtain information on England’s new national computer programming curriculum make sure to visit Computing at School (CAS)
